Pech del Cel

Why this owl as the symbol of Pech del Cel ?

Visible from the road, the emblem of Pech del Cel, is an OWL, having given its name to the village of Cahuzac. Often considered this corner of the Department as the golden triangle. Others compare his soft and undulating, landscapes dotted with vineyards in Tuscany. Pech de Cel is located not far from the village of Cahuzac-sur-Vère, halfway between Gaillac and Cordes-sur-Ciel, famous medieval bastide planted on its rocky outcrop. Since the surrounding slopes, it is not uncommon to see the Sainte-Cécile Cathedral of Albi, dominating its superb City Episcopal heritage of humanity. Walk you through the vineyards, come meet the winemakers and taste 7 wines from Gaillac, one of the oldest vineyards in France. To do this, just ask your hosts, perhaps you you have the chance to taste their cuvée spéciale?

Three bed and breakfast in a former dwelling house at the estate, in the heart of the Gaillac vineyard. Independent access, the owners live next door in another wing of the farmhouse. Each room has an air conditioning, private bathroom, TV. Baby equipment. On the ground floor, large kitchen available to the guests.
