Typical Gaillac house, in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards, the oldest vineyards in France, and in the Gaillac/Albi/Cordes sur Ciel triangle. Ideally situated for exploring the Pays des Bastides Albigeoises, meeting the many producers and winegrowers in the area, and of course discovering the treasures of the Episcopal City of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site: Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, Toulouse-Lautrec Museum, Saint-Salvy cloister...

This farm gîte is located in a former wine-producing estate, close to the owners' house, on the other side of the courtyard. The gîte is self-contained and has a private swimming pool at the rear.
- Ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room.
- Upstairs: three bedrooms (bed linen provided), shower room, WC.
