Prices & payment
Weekend (furnished property): from 600 € (Outside of June, July, August and school holidays, please contact us for weekend rentals of the 2-person studio and the 6-person gîte.)
Week: 1,450 to 2,200 € (Sleeps 8 to 10.
Outside June, July, August, school holidays: possibility of renting the studio for 2 people or the gîte for 5 people per week.).
Payment:
50% deposit on booking, balance on arrival.
The bank statement of the site will be sent to you for the deposit and the payment.
An identity document will be requested on arrival to sign the rental contract.
A deposit of 500 € will be requested on arrival and will be returned to you at the latest one month after departure, the premises having to be returned as they were made available.
Cleaning at the end of your stay:
Compulsory fee of 120 € not included in the rental price, to be paid with the balance of the
to be paid on arrival.
