Domaine Gayrard

Right near Cordes-sur-Ciel, on the northern boundary of the Gaillac vineyard, the Gayrard Estate is being fully renovated. Laure & Pierre Fabre took over the family property in 2013 with the aim of bringing their 5 century wine-making traditions to life.

C’est sur les terres de nos ancêtres que nous avons décidé de relancer l’activité viticole il y a quelques années. Travaillant en biodynamie, nous œuvrons chaque jour pour améliorer nos pratiques et restaurer l’équilibre naturel nécessaire à nos vignes et à la production d’un vin de qualité.

Mais pour nous, le vin est avant tout un moyen de partage et de convivialité, c’est pourquoi nous accueillons au domaine toute l’année !

Au programme nous vous proposons : dégustation, visites guidées, parcours itinérant, balade à vélo électrique ou randonnée au départ du Domaine, paniers pique-nique et restauration à la Guinguette du Domaine en saison estivale.

Il est possible de visiter le domaine pendant une heure trente environ, d’avril à octobre, le jeudi et samedi. Les horaires dépendent de notre calendrier.
