Domaine de Mazou

Domaine de Mazou is owned by the Boyals family. Vines have been planted here for six generations. Winemaking from father to son is a family tradition.

Since 1938, the year the A.O.C. Gaillacois was created, the family, especially through their son Etienne, has been a driving force behind the Gaillacois reputation.
Today, Etienne's children look after the estate.

Part of Domaine de Mazou is located on the clay-limestone slopes of the first Gaillac hillsides, producing dry, pearled and sweet natural whites.
The other part, on sandy and gravelly slopes, produces red Gaillac.
The south-facing vineyards benefit from a microclimate that favors vine-growing.
